Patrick began his career in education as an English teacher in Honduras where he worked with a wide variety of ages and language proficiencies. When he returned to the U.S., he completed his Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and has spent the last 10 years teaching various subjects and grades from Kindergarten to 5th grade. Patrick is English Language Acquisition certified and is an expert at adapting instruction for not only English language learners but for students of all levels. His lessons provide students with access to necessary background knowledge, visuals, manipulatives, and other learning tools stemming from a wide variety of curriculums. With a deep knowledge of Elementary Common Core Standards, Patrick not only knows how to diagnose student struggles, he knows how to get students to grade level mastery and beyond.

In his free time, Patrick likes playing volleyball, exercising at the gym, reading novels, and doing crossword puzzles. He also likes going on walks with his dog and his partner Katie
