Nicole has diverse experience with children, including babysitting, camp counselor, and teaching various subjects in schools and hospitals. Co-owning and directing her own preschool added another dimension to her wealth of experiences, where she actively engaged in educating, supporting, and learning alongside children. Currently, Nicole’s professional focus is on preschool thru elementary school-aged learners, covering Literacy, Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Creative Arts, and Social and Emotional Development both virtually and in-person as a dedicated tutor. Nicole has a B.A. in Psychology from Western Michigan University, a M.A. in Child Development from Michigan State University, and she holds licenses to teach Preschool through 6th grade.
Her commitment to education and child well-being is further underscored by her certification as a Director of Large Center Child Care in the state of Colorado. Nicole is passionate about teaching and enhancing children’s lives, a drive that has motivated her throughout her various roles—whether dressing up as a mascot at Chuck E. Cheese during her teenage years or engaging her students in classroom activities. Married with two kids, Nicole enjoys camping, skiing, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
