Natalie is a passionate, energetic, and highly driven educator with 15+ years of experience spanning preschool, elementary, and middle school classrooms, along with years of after-school tutoring. She currently serves as the K–8th Gifted & Talented teacher and the 2nd–7th ELD (English Language Development) teacher at her school, where she supports a wide range of learners — from students needing foundational skill development to those ready for advanced enrichment.
Literacy is her specialty and her heart. Natalie believes strong reading and writing skills are the foundation for success in every subject, and is deeply committed to helping students close gaps, build confidence, and exceed grade-level expectations. In addition to her school-day roles, she is the SpringBoard teacher at her school, tutoring 2nd and 3rd graders twice a week after school with structured, Science of Reading–based phonics and literacy instruction. Natalie’s approach is data-driven, nurturing, engaging, and tailored to each child’s unique learning profile.
Teaching runs in her family, her mother is a retired first-grade teacher, and both of her grandfathers were science professors at Texas A&M, education has truly always been part of who she is. Natalie brings both heart and high expectations to her work, creating sessions that are warm, motivating, and structured for measurable growth.
She offers targeted tutoring in reading, comprehension, writing, and English language development designed to strengthen skills, boost confidence, and foster a genuine love of learning.
Outside of school, Natalie enjoys traveling, visiting her family (including her eight nieces and nephews), hiking, camping, skiing, spending time with her partner and her friends, and learning new hobbies.
She looks forward to partnering with you and supporting your wonderful scholar’s growth!
