Marilyn strives to embrace creativity and promotes an asset based mindset.
Marilyn earned her bachelors in Middle Grades Mathematics and English Education at Towson University. She later earned her masters in K-12 Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado Boulder. In her current role, she works in teacher preparation as an instructor and supervisor of student-teaching experiences.
When Marilyn is not teaching or tutoring, you will find her camping, hiking, cooking, reading, paddle boarding, and snowboarding. An avid animal lover, she proudly owns two dogs, three cats, and eight chickens, with intriguing stories to share about her two special-needs pets.
