Haley Butler

Originally from Fishers, Indiana, Haley holds a degree in Elementary Education from Butler University. She began her teaching career in Indianapolis, teaching 5th grade Language Arts/Social Studies and 3rd grade before relocating to Denver. Opting for a career shift into IT recruiting, Haley dedicates her days empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Haley still cherishes shaping young minds and is excited to be contributing to students’ learning journeys.

Haley’s teaching philosophy centers around the core role relationships play in effective learning. She emphasizes trust-building with her students to create an enjoyable learning environment, tailoring lessons to individual interests. Embracing the “I do, we do, you do” gradual release model, Haley empowers students to take charge of their learning. Beyond her professional life, Haley and her dog, Ginger, find solace in the mountains through skiing, hiking, and biking. During her free time, Haley explores new recipes, enjoys reading at the park, engages in sports leagues with friends, and indulges in a bit of online shopping.
